Welcome to MotoTrust Resale. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and any other services provided by MotoTrust.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the platform.
2. Marketplace Nature
MotoTrust Resale is a digital marketplace that connects vehicle buyers with pre-owned vehicle dealers ("Dealers"). It is important to understand:
- MotoTrust does not own, stock, buy, or sell any of the vehicles listed on the platform.
- Vehicles are listed by independent third-party Dealers who are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.
- Any purchase contract is formed directly between the Buyer and the Dealer.
3. Vehicle Listings
While we verify the identity of our Dealers, MotoTrust cannot fully guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or condition of every vehicle listed.
Buyer Precaution: We strongly recommend that all buyers physically inspect and test-drive any vehicle before making a payment. MotoTrust provides service records where available to assist your decision.
4. Transactions & Fees
Dealers may offer a "Token Booking" option to hold a vehicle for you.
- Token amounts are typically credited towards the final purchase price.
- MotoTrust may charge a platform fee for certain premium services, which will be clearly disclosed at the point of transaction.
- Refunds for token bookings are subject to the individual Dealer's refund policy unless otherwise specified by MotoTrust.
5. Our Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOTOTRUST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
We are not responsible for any disputes that may arise between Buyers and Dealers, although we will provide assistance in facilitating communication where possible.
